My Approach
Relatable. Compassionate. Strengths-based.
Raising a child can be a wild, wonderful, sometimes overwhelming ride. If your family is facing ADHD, anxiety or learning differences, you don’t have to do it alone. I help kids and teens with diverse needs develop skills, tap into their superpowers and feel proud of who they are. I also work with families and caregivers directly, helping them to build the tools they need to understand their child’s unique brain—and start to operate as a team.
My approach is grounded in evidence and guided by deep respect for each family’s story. I believe that even small shifts in mindset can create lasting change. In our sessions, I’ll help you chart a course and take the first steps.
My Background
Training and Experience
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a lifelong love of learning. From a young age, I faced learning challenges of my own, but with support I developed the tools I needed to manage them. I’ve never stopped pursuing knowledge, and I bring that same spirit of curiosity to my work with kids, teens and families.
Before entering private practice, I worked in the forensic and child welfare systems, where I developed a deep understanding of the biological, psychological and social roots of complex mental health challenges. I witnessed the incredible impact a steady, safe adult can have on a young person’s life.
In every session, I draw on that foundation to help families build connection, reduce conflict and unlock the strengths that have been there all along.
