My Approach
Warm. Gentle. Passionate.
I believe that to heal, we first need to feel at ease. That's why I'm passionate about making therapy fun, by using art and guided play to help kids and teens express themselves in a safe, supportive environment. My goal is to uncover the strengths in every child, to listen and learn with compassion, and to nurture their bond with caregivers so that they can grow and thrive—together.
My Background
Training and Experience
I believe that a child's greatest asset is their caregivers. No one in the world is better positioned to help young ones understand and overcome challenges than the people who love and care for them every day. That's why, from the start of my career as a Registered Social Worker, I've grounded my practice in attachment and taken a special interest in parenting support.
In community agencies and private practice, I've worked extensively with families in transition, helping parents and children enrich their relationships as they navigate periods of change or loss. It's by focusing on connection than I've also helped families support neurodiverse kids, enabling them to see and celebrate their unique strengths, and find their path to success.
