My Approach

Compassionate. Informed. Inclusive.

They say it takes a village to raise a child. I know that each and every member of that village plays a role in shaping and supporting child development. That’s why I believe in working collaboratively with children and their caregivers in therapy. Together, we’ll identify your individual and collective strengths and use them to overcome the challenges you’re facing. My role is to help you and your child process emotions, generate solutions, learn new skills and tap into your resources. I hope you’ll consider me a member of your village too.

My Background

Training and Experience

I love learning about people and relationships. In fact, I’m so passionate about learning that I’ve completed three university degrees and too many clinical trainings to count. Since earning my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor, I’ve applied my knowledge to help children, teens and families in community settings, in the child welfare system and in private practice.

As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I’m specially trained to help people address the problems they face in their daily lives, including emotional or behavioural issues, relationship problems, and mental health challenges. I feel grateful that I get to share my skills with the amazing families I work with.
